Long-Term Care Facility
Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week
Pay: $41–$42/hour

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to start or grow your nursing career? This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience in a supportive Long-Term Care (LTC) environment.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable RNs who are committed to providing high-quality care to residents. Experienced nurses and new graduates are both welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the overnight shift
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor residents and assess changes in condition
• Document assessments, medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately
• Communicate changes in resident status to physicians, supervisors, and appropriate clinical staff
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in level of care as needed
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• NEW GRAD RNs WELCOME TO APPLY!
• Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or related experience is a plus, but NOT required
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working overnight shifts
