Job Description

We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing Home Care team! We are hiring for our Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan regions.

As a new grad at Metro, you'll receive individualized mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You'll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists, with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
  • Evaluates a patient''s need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
  • Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
  • Instructs family members, PTA''s, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$100,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company''s plan.
