NEW-Heavy Equipment Diesel FIELD Mechanic

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & SKILLEDClass-A Heavy Equipment Diesel FIELD Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various types & brands of Heavy Equipment and DIESEL engines. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance on Heavy Equipment and diesel engines (including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with Heavy Equipment, diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
• Conduct inspections to identify faulty parts or components that need repair or replacement
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately
• Repair or replace defective parts, hydraulics, hydrostatic drives, brakes, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of diesel engines and Heavy Equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines
• Must be a Class-A DIESEL MECHANIC
• It is preferred that you have experience working (or at least training) at a dealership
• Strong knowledge of Heavy Equipment repair & maintenance
• Must have experience in diagnosing & troubleshooting mechanical issues in Diesel powered engines & Heavy Equipment
• Must have experience in diagnosing & repairing electrical issues in Diesel powered engines & Heavy Equipment
• Must have experience in diagnosing HVAC systems in Diesel powered engines & Heavy Equipment
• Must have a strong knowledge of hydraulic systems in Diesel powered engines & Heavy Equipment
• Must  be experienced in both DIAGNOSING and REPAIRING not only different types of Heavy Equipment, but also with different brands of Heavy Equipment  AND Diesel engines
• Must have at least 2 year's experience and training 

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift -- FULL TIME
• Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In person

REQUIREMENTS:

• OVER 21-years of age
• VALID driver’s license
• GOOD driving record
• Since this is a FIELD repair position, you MUST have your OWN SET of TOOLS

PAY:This position starts at: $30/hr. - $40/hr.  (Depending on your experience level)BENEFITS: (Available after completion of Temp period)
