What Youll Gain
Paid, hands-on training-no experience needed Travel opportunities across job sites -- with Per Diem (up to $1,000 per week) Competitive pay and career advancement potential -- Up to $22/hr. (depending on experience) Exposure to specialized construction and foundation work
What You'll Do
Assist with daily construction site activities Work with crews on foundation and bridge-related projects Operate tools and equipment (training provided) Travel to job sites and work as part of a close-knit team Learn industry skills that can lead to advancement opportunities
