New Homebuilder Permitting Coordinator

We're seeking a Permitting Coordinator to join our growing team in Conway, South Carolina. Our Permitting Coordinator obtains homebuilding permit applications to begin construction on our customers' dream homes.

Job Responsibilities

• Order blueprints, surveys, and other documents for homebuilding permit applications
• Maintain an accurate permit tracking report
• Follow up weekly on permit applications
• Drop off and pick up homebuilding permit applications (reliable transportation required)
