Position Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining hotel public areas, including the lobby and other assigned spaces, in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition. This role plays an important part in providing an exceptional guest experience while following all company cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the lobby, public areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces according to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest and departmental requests related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.
• Deliver supplies, linens, and guest-request items as needed.
• Assist the housekeeping team by removing trash, collecting soiled linens, and supporting room attendants.
• Clean guest rooms as needed to ensure rooms meet company quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe, accident-free work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other hotel departments to provide excellent guest service.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Must be flexible and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
