About the Job:
This position is located in the Mortgage Servicing Division of SC Housing. In this role, you will work under limited supervision of the Cashiering & REO Manager, supporting the daily operations of SC Housing New Loan Set Up department. Provide prompt, courteous customer service to SC Housing customers as a point of contact for new loan customers. Responsible to provide a positive, professional image of SC Housing.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Agency Minimum Qualifications*:
A bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, management or a related field.
OR
An associates degree and two (2) years of full-time, relevant experience.
OR
A high school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of full-time, relevant experience.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of personal computers, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office Suite with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, staff and peers with a customer-oriented focus. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in performance of duties. Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships. Must be detail oriented and analytical with the ability to organize multiple tasks and set priorities. Ability to work within strict deadlines and meet regulatory compliance. Expected to be innovative and actively seek solutions to streamline duties and exercise personal initiative in all areas of job performance.
Must be able to lift and carry files, books and reports weighing up to 20lbs. Must be able to perform filing, desk work and operate general office equipment. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged or intermittent periods of time while sharing, gathering or presenting information to other staff members or external parties. Ability to continuously stand or walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch, crawl, and lift frequently. Ability to use hands/finger to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
