This is an on-site, customer-facing sales role where you'll meet with qualified vacationing guests who have already expressed interest in learning more about our vacation ownership program. No cold calling. No prospecting. Just the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing sales.

What You'll Do
Present Capital Vacations' vacation ownership program to qualified guests
Build rapport and uncover each guest's vacation needs and goals
Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations
Guide guests through the purchase process while providing an exceptional customer experience
Partner with sales leaders to continuously improve your performance and maximize earnings
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Who We're Looking For
Highly motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive environment
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset
Comfortable working weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, automotive, wireless, or other commission-based experience is preferred but not required
