Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated New Patient Coordinator to join their team. This role involves handling inbound calls from new patients, setting up new accounts, scheduling appointments, and managing patient information within a centralized business office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls from new patients
  • Setting up new accounts and entering demographic information into Salesforce
  • Scheduling new patients
  • Managing referrals and pre-visit information
  • Resolving patient inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Performing data entry tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General medical insurance knowledge
  • Understanding of HMO versus PPO
  • General CRM experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center, referral management, or patient access role within healthcare
Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Additional Requirements

This is a contract-only position initially, with the potential for extensions. Candidates will start fully onsite, with potential to work partially remote after conversion, depending on opportunities.

  • 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
