What your future day will look like:
- Support and execute product and process trials within a manufacturing and lab setting, with a focus on anode production
- Track trial activity, gather performance data, and assist engineering teams with analysis and reporting
- Help troubleshoot issues that may impact timelines, quality, or project outcomes
- Suggest process adjustments and procedural enhancements to improve consistency and overall performance
- Coordinate testing of raw materials and finished components, including chemical and electrical evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of project data and ensure information is organized and easily accessible
- Assist in preparing and completing documentation related to quality, production, and procurement

Type: Contract (Through September)
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical associate degree preferred (materials, electronics, mechanical technology, or similar)
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or research environment
- Familiarity with production processes; experience with anode or capacitor manufacturing is a plus!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
