Position Overview:
The New Production Introduction (NPI) Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new battery and energy storage products from concept through full-rate production. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer programs to ensure products are launched on schedule, within cost targets, and in compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
