New Product Introduction Program Manager

Program Leadership

• Lead new product introduction programs from award through production launch and project closure.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for all launch-related activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and cross-functional launch meetings.
• Drive accountability and execution across all departments.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate issues that may impact cost, quality, timing, or customer satisfaction.

Phase Gate Management

• Own and administer the Amerequip NPI Phase Gate process.
• Ensure required deliverables are completed prior to advancing between gates.
• Schedule and lead gate review meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and launch records.
• Monitor program health and communicate status to leadership.
• Track project completion metrics and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams throughout the launch.
• Support capital equipment planning and implementation activities.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, tooling readiness, supplier readiness, and quality readiness.
• Align resource requirements and project priorities with business objectives.
• Facilitate issue resolution between departments.

Customer & Commercial Support

• Support customer launch timing, deliverables, and communication plans.
• Coordinate customer expectations regarding product readiness and production ramp-up.
• Assist with launch-related customer reviews and program updates.

Performance & Reporting

• Maintain portfolio-level visibility of all active NPI programs.
• Develop executive dashboards and launch status reports.
• Measure program performance against launch objectives.
• Lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic growth initiatives through effective program execution.
