    Description

    In this position, you will support new product development through process development and equipment design/tooling.

    You will collaborate directly with operations, design engineers and managers to develop new products.through DFM/DFX reviews

    You will determine capacity planning, facility layout and capital equipment planning for both supplier and internal needs.  You will also so drive quality improvement and assist in training new production floor personnel.




    Requirements

    Must have a BS/MS ME or Mfg Engineering degree and 4 + years of experience using Solidworks and other computer aided design applications. Must have ISO and IPC standards including PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and testing experience and be able to work with suppliers around the globe.
    Must be able to travel 10-15% when necessary and be able to work full time onsite.
    Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident and be able to work on classified projects when necessary
