IBM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing New Products Coordinator to support the successful introduction of new products from release through shipment. This role is critical in bridging Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure seamless execution across all phases of production in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering teams to facilitate end-to-end execution of new product introductions, from initial release through final shipment
  • Oversee assembly, test, and shipping processes, working directly with Manufacturing teams on the production floor
  • Provide real-time feedback and insights to cross-functional support groups to improve processes and outcomes
  • Track and present status updates on new product orders throughout all stages of production
  • Drive daily execution and ensure key milestones are achieved, especially during General Availability (GA) timelines
  • Lead follow-up actions and coordinate issue resolution across teams to maintain schedule integrity
  • Support and guide Manufacturing teams through a high-paced and evolving work environment
