Job Description
Advance Services is seeking dependable and motivated Residential Cleaning Team Members to join an established cleaning company serving the Lakes Area. This position involves working as part of a team to provide high-quality residential cleaning services for local homes.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing excellent service. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services as part of a team
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning duties
• Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow company safety and customer-service guidelines

• Ability to work in a variety of residential environments
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
