Housekeeping Team Member

They take pride in ensuring all areas of the store are properly cleaned, sanitized, and well maintained while supporting a positive experience for customers and team members. They work independently, manage their time effectively, and consistently uphold store cleanliness standards. Processing Team Member

Shipping & Receiving Team Member

They support the movement of incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate records and ensuring materials are directed to the correct areas. They work collaboratively with team members, assist donors when needed, and follow safety protocols while handling equipment and shipments. Above all, they demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and ownership of their responsibilities to support smooth dock operations and the organization's mission.

Store Donation Attendant

The ideal candidate balances strong operational execution with an exceptional donor experience. They safely and efficiently collect donations while maintaining clean, organized, and well-managed donation sites. They greet every donor with enthusiasm, represent ATS's mission with professionalism, and ensure donation areas remain safe and efficient even in outdoor and changing weather conditions.
