We are looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about delivering a top-tier buying experience.
Assist customers in selecting new and pre owned vehicles that fit their needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Follow up on leads, phone calls, and internet inquiries
Conduct product presentations and test drives
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions
Work closely with management and finance teams to finalize deals
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and CRM skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
