In this position, you will drive newly manufactured Honda vehicles from the production area to designated parking locations throughout the facility.This is a hands-on driving position for someone who prefers an active workday instead of sitting behind a desk. You will frequently enter and exit vehicles, walk between parking areas, and work outside in changing weather conditions.Previous automotive or transportation experience is not required. We provide the training, safety equipment, and instructions you need to get started.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a New Vehicle Driver, you will:Drive newly manufactured vehicles safely through the facilityTransport vehicles from production areas to assigned parking locationsFollow established driving routes, speed limits, and traffic proceduresPark vehicles accurately according to customer instructionsOperate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissionsEnter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shiftAssist with vehicle location and inventory trackingInspect vehicles for visible concerns before moving themReport vehicle damage, safety hazards, or operational concernsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all Road & Rail Services and customer safety requirementsComplete additional duties based on operational needsWhat You'll NeedTo qualify for this position, you must have:A current and valid state-issued driver's licenseThe ability to safely operate automatic vehiclesA dependable attendance and punctuality recordThe ability to follow written and verbal directionsThe ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other conditionsThe physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and repeatedly enter and exit vehiclesA safety-first attitudeThe ability to work effectively with supervisors and team membersCompensation and BenefitsRoad & Rail Services offers:$16.00 per hour for first shift$17.00 per hour for second shiftWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchingPaid holidays and vacationAnnual safety-shoe allowanceCompany-provided personal protective equipmentTraining and advancement opportunitiesA veteran-friendly workplaceStart Your Next OpportunityRoad & Rail Services has provided transportation and rail-related services throughout North America since 1987.
