Warehouse Supervisor – Night Operations

How You Will Contribute
Market / Operational Execution
- Oversee the loading and unloading of products from suppliers.
- Supervise the loading of delivery trucks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee order selection and palletization activities to ensure orders are picked and built correctly.
- Ensure orders are properly received, processed, and tracked within warehouse technology systems.
- Maintain proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and ensure products are correctly slotted within the warehouse.
- Ensure pick lines are replenished and operational to support productivity and service levels.
Customer & Account Support
- Support accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders by maintaining warehouse productivity and execution standards.
- Help ensure inventory availability and order accuracy through effective warehouse oversight.
- Partner with operations leadership to maintain efficient product flow throughout the facility.
Team & Operational Support
- Supervise a team of up to 50 employees, including forklift operators, order builders, laborers, and porters.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure proper staffing levels and workforce utilization.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure employees complete required training and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Support facility cleanliness, organization, and overall warehouse maintenance.
- Assist with coaching, development, and day-to-day supervision of warehouse personnel.
What We're Looking For
- GED or High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of warehousing or distribution experience in a high-volume environment.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Experience working with unionized employees preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management technology; EoStar and Vocalect experience a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Understanding of inventory rotation (FIFO) and warehouse slotting practices.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
Physical & Schedule Expectations

- Must be willing and able to work nights.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform warehouse floor activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to warehouse equipment and varying conditions.
- Ability to lift and move products and perform physical warehouse duties as needed.

The typical total compensation range for this role is $60,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications.
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and may qualify for a discretionary bonus.
