Position Summary: This position is full-time contract work for 5-6 months. The right candidate will be a highly motivated team player and productive self-starter who can cheerfully interact with both members of the team and clients at test locations. The position requires driving and travel 100% of the time within the US. Successful candidates will receive a full (paid) training to perform their responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist field engineer to carry, install, and uninstall all test equipment to and from the test vehicle onto rooftops and scissor lifts.
- Drive test vehicle for field engineer to and from all tests sites during all drive tests, and from market to market.
- Follow driving instructions from Field Engineer during drive tests
- Follow daily scheduling provided by the field engineer.
- Adhere to safety standards on the road and at test sites
- Interact in a positive and professional manner with the team, including the lead engineer, project coordinator, field engineer, other support staff, tower crew, and all property managers, customer representatives, and the general public.
- Maintain the test vehicle in a safe, operational condition, by inspecting the vehcile before every shift and informing the lead engineer or project coordinator about any necessary maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of test vehicle interior by keeping all test equipment and luggage in organized fashion and disposing of all trash daily and washing vehicle when necessary.
- In general, and in addition to driving the test vehicle, the candidate must be available, helpful, and proactive when asked to assist with any team tasks.
