Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Complete onboarding to build a strong business foundation
- Follow our weekly lead generation systems to create consistent, predictable growth
- Convert prospecting activity into appointments and signed agreements
- Consult with buyers and sellers, from first conversation to close
- Win listings and market homes using expert pricing, staging, and preparation strategies
- Negotiate confidently on behalf of your clients
- Host open houses to build pipeline and local market relationships
- Track activity, tasks, and follow-up in Brivity
- Engage in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, and team trainings
Qualifications
You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Are:
- A licensed real estate agent in Texas, or actively completing your licensing coursework
- Self-motivated with a competitive, growth-oriented mindset
- Skilled in real estate sales, including building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals
- An excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Organized, coachable, and committed to mastering your craft
- A team player who treats real estate as a business, not a side hustle
