The strategist works closely with the SCBaptist Share (Evangelism) Team to support churches in engaging middle school and high school students with the gospel.ResponsibilitiesThe Next Generation Evangelism Strategist will recruit and lead regional cohorts of student pastors focused on learning and implementing practical evangelism strategies. The strategist will assist churches in hosting gospel‑centered student events such as One Nights connected to local church ministry and help develop clear follow‑up pathways for students who respond to the gospel.QualificationsQualified candidates should demonstrate strong Christian character, a passion for sharing the gospel, and experience in student ministry. Candidates should have the ability to work collaboratively with pastors and student ministry leaders, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and be actively involved in a Southern Baptist church.
