Prevent theft and fraud in the area of the Resort, and help ensure safe and orderly environment for guests and employees. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities:
Provide uniform foot patrol on company property and grounds
Provide safety protection of main resort property, employees, guests
Assist Supervisor, if needed, as a liaison between local authorities and Loon Mountain
Assist in the investigations of accidents, injuries and suspected crimes
Complete reports, logs and other required written documents
Security activities, traffic control, aid to the public as required (i.e. lost keys, dead batteries, etc.)
Operate vehicles including but not limited to cars and truck
Contribute to Team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the Resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions
Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
Effectively communicate via radio
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
