THE ROLEAs our Maintenance Technician, you will provide hands-on maintenance support across residential properties in New Hampshire, with most work located in Somersworth, Dover, and Rochester and occasional assignments in Allenstown. You will diagnose and complete common repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, locks, appliances, and general building needs within your authorized scope. You will also support unit turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections. This role requires initiative, practical troubleshooting, and dependable follow-through from initial assessment through repair, testing, documentation, and closeout.
