Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled NICE CXone SDET Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, NICE CXone, IVR, ACD, API testing, and contact center workflows. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable automation frameworks, validate enterprise contact center solutions, and ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks from scratch
  • Validate NICE CXone implementations including IVR, ACD, routing, and omnichannel contact center workflows
  • Develop automated test suites using Cyara, Hammer, or equivalent testing tools
  • Perform API testing, validation, and automation using REST APIs, Postman, and Rest Assured
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Perform debugging, defect analysis, and root cause investigation
  • Support cloud-native application testing on AWS or Azure platforms
  • Contribute to performance, load, and reliability testing initiatives
  • Ensure test quality, coverage, and adherence to automation best practices

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as an SDET, Test Automation Engineer, or Quality Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone platform
  • Experience with IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center workflows
  • Expertise in automation framework development
  • Hands-on experience with Cyara, Hammer, or similar automation tools
  • Strong API automation experience using REST APIs, Postman, and Rest Assured
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Top 3 Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for NICE CXone contact center applications.
  2. Automate API, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing using industry-standard tools.
  3. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines while ensuring quality, performance, and reliability of enterprise contact center solutions.
