Function of the Group/Initiatives/Projects:
Onboarding direct hires
Industry Background: Prior HR or administrative knowledge a plus.

Role/Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary liaison between candidates/new-hires and key stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, technology, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization, for one line of business
Coordinates the fulfilment of new hire resources for various stakeholders including but not limited to ordering equipment and access, new hire reporting for hiring managers, and onboarding materials.
Monitors the completion of onboarding milestones, tasks and workflows for assigned candidates, new hires and hiring managers. Escalates breakdowns in process to ensure timely onboarding, stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to service levels.
Facilitates weekly office hours to support stakeholders with questions and special requests; serves as liaison to connect new hires with appropriate SMEs or resources as they navigate onboarding activities; advises hiring managers on onboarding tools and process.
Tracks progress of new hires in process; Conducts new-hire check ins as assigned. Ensures compliance and ensures all relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the onboarding process.
