This position is contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available. Managers will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full time  employee.  will not sponsor work visas if the decision is made to hire the contingent worker.
Function of the Group: Onboarding and Offboarding
Initiatives/Projects: Successfully onboarding and offboarding contractors
Industry background: Prior staffing or administrative background preferred
Team Dynamic: Team of 4, Will be working closely with manager team, supplier teams, and various ecosystem teams as well.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Half onboarding and offboarding. On onboarding, candidate work with managers and suppliers to get equipment requirements, addresses, and contact information. They will work to provide tracking updates, onboarding and equipment updates. They will also process the badge requests for workers that will be onsite. For onboarding, the candidate will process reports to analyze offboarding data, clearly identify offboarding population, work on communicating with supplier to gather equipment return details. The worker will also work closely with the TSC team to ensure equipment is returned timely.
