What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care for neonatal patients in Level III Neonatal Critical Care Unit (NICU)
• Monitor and manage ventilators, central lines, IV drips, and high-alert medications
• Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record system for documentation and care coordination
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Assess patient? and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or current state license with Compact endorsement
• At least 2 years of NICU experience, including RAMs and ventilator management
• Certification in BLS, NRP, and STABLE required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR platform
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This assignment involves providing specialized neonatal care in a Level III Neonatal ICU. The unit focuses on critically ill newborns requiring complex interventions. As part of the care team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier nursing support to ensure optimal outcomes for our tiniest patients.
