About the Role:
Join VENOUS TECHNOLOGIES INC as a NICU Respiratory Therapist, where you will play a vital role in the care of our tiniest patients. We’re looking for passionate professionals to provide exceptional respiratory support and enhance the quality of life for infants in need.



Responsibilities:
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments to neonatal patients in the NICU.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate families on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document all interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU or pediatric setting.
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate demeanor and dedication to patient care.
  • BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certification required.
