As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to neonates. Your role will involve direct patient care, educating families, and ensuring smooth transitions of care. You will work within a professional practice model, demonstrating leadership through mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and effective communication.

• Coordinate and deliver nursing care for neonates in the NICU
• Educate and support families during their NICU journey
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and mentor junior staff
• Delegate patient care based on skill level and patient needs
• Maintain BLS and BCLS certifications
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• One year of recent travel RN experience
• NICU RN experience is required
