Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of enthusiastic Crew Members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
• Train and develop team members to deliver on our promise of a tropical fun experience
• Monitor and control inventory and expenses
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness

Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
