**Manager in Training (MIT) – Toppers Pizza**
Toppers Pizza is hiring Managers in Training to help lead daily restaurant operations while developing the skills needed to become a General Manager.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist with daily restaurant operations
* Lead, train, and support team members
* Ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
* Help achieve sales and operational goals
* Develop leadership skills for advancement into a General Manager role
**Requirements**
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager is preferred but not required

Requirements/Responsibilities
NEEDS:
*Past experience managing people through leadership
* Availability 5pm-4am Thursday - Sunday, normally scheduled 8pm-4am
* Experience in High Pace Work Environment
