About the Role:
Comfort Inn in Camp Verde, Arizona is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our hospitality team! This is a great opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our hotel running smoothly through the overnight hours. Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily reports
• Check in and check out guests during overnight hours with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Answer front desk calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Balance cash drawer and prepare end-of-day financial summaries for management
• Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of overnight guests
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for department managers prior to morning shift

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) a bonus
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
