We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Audit / Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the hotel during overnight hours, balancing daily financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Welcome and check in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly through Concerto
Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
Complete nightly audit reports and balance revenue postings
Prepare daily financial summaries and distribute reports to management
Ensure the safety and security of guests and property during overnight hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Basic accounting or cash-handling experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using property management systems (PMS) and basic computer software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be dependable and punctual
