Are you someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and creating positive guest experiences? Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.
In this full-time, year-round role, you will help ensure the smooth overnight operation of the hotel while providing exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours. You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, handle overnight reporting and balancing procedures, and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment throughout the property. Position Details:
Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
Shifts: Overnight shifts required; schedule may include weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing reports, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily financial reports
Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate guest billing and payment records
Monitor hotel security and safety procedures throughout the overnight shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams regarding overnight updates and guest needs
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations as needed
Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures
Skills & Requirements:
Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
Previous night audit or cash-handling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
Performance Measurement:
Success in this role will be measured by accuracy of nightly reporting, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, adherence to Hilton brand standards, and contribution to a safe and welcoming overnight guest experience.
