The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service and leadership.Job type: Full-time, non-exemptSchedule: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays. These hours may vary slightly based on hotel occupancy and department need.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to the Front Desk Manager.Assuring friendly, courteous and accurate check-in and check-out of room guests.Answering the phone professionally, courteously, and responding to questions with accurate and current information.
