About the Role:
Join our team at Hampton Inn, as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy providing exceptional guest service.



Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in guest accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during the night hours.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and integrity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
