We're Hiring: Night Auditor Front Desk (Choice Hotel Experience)
Location: Country Inn and Suites Bensenville – 777 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106
Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
- Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience working at Choice property (REQUIRED)
- or must be an IT / Customer-service oriented person
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Choice systems (e.g., Choice Advantage)
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Able to work Night Shifts
- Team Player
