Responsibilities

• Provideexceptionalguestserviceandassistwithcheck-ins,check-outs,andreservations.
• Auditandbalanceguestandhotelaccountsduringtheovernightshift.
• Postroomcharges,processpayments,andcompletedailyfinancialreports.
• Answerphonecallsandrespondtoguestinquiriesprofessionally.
• Maintainthecleanlinessandorganizationofthefrontdeskandlobbyareas.
• Assistwithbreakfastsetup,laundry,andotherhoteloperationsasneeded.
• Followallhotelsafety,security,andoperatingprocedures.

Qualifications

• Strongcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills.
• Excellentattentiontodetailandorganizationalabilities.
• Basiccomputerandmathskills.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandhandlemultipletasks.
• Previoushotel,frontdesk,cashhandling,orcustomerserviceexperiencepreferredbutnotrequired.
