We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support overnight hotel operations and deliver a welcoming experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring a smooth transition between daily business cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments as needed.
  • Balance and reconcile daily financial activity, including guest accounts and payments.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for management and other departments.
  • Review system entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
  • Monitor the property for safety, security, and cleanliness standards during overnight shifts.
  • Complete assigned administrative and front desk duties with consistency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, auditing, or a related customer service role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during overnight hours.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, property management software, and standard office tools.
  • Basic math and reconciliation skills.
