NIGHT AUDITOR

The 232-room Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is a full-service, premier property in the heart of Everett. We are looking for a Night Auditor who can be a dynamic Guest Service Representative, own the overnight shift, and deliver a high standard in both guest experience and operations.

WHAT YOU''LL DO

  • Handle guest arrivals, departures, and in-house needs during overnight hours
  • Audit, balance, and close out daily transactions
  • Process and reconcile end-of-day financials
  • Prepare night audit reports and ensure they''re accurate and on time
  • Process payments and follow cash handling procedures
  • Ensure the lobby and public spaces are tidy
  • Restock and organize guest amenities and supplies as needed

WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or more years of direct customer service experience required
  • Night audit, accounting, or front desk experience preferred
  • Comfortable with computers and hotel PMS systems; Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own time with minimal supervision
  • Clear communicator, both in writing and in person
  • Reliable, consistent attendance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Position requires ability to stand behind front desk for up to 8 hours to assist guests, visual acuity to analyze written information and view computer terminal and ability to express and exchange information by means of the spoken word.

Must be able to stand, pull, grasp, see, crouch, lift, hear, reach, push, perform repetitive motions, and talk as required by the job.

  • Part-time

SCHEDULE:

  • Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays

RATE OF PAY:

  • $21.54 to $23.29 per hour/DOE
