Night Auditor

About the Role:
JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our overnight operations, ensuring every guest has a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and posting of room charges
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management review
• Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of all overnight guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for any overnight service needs

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong math and accounting skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
