Night Auditor

Reports to the Hotel Manager and serves as a key member of the Hotel Donaldson team, delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the hotel's mission and values. This position combines guest service responsibilities with overnight accounting and property oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, assist guests, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Share knowledge of Hotel Donaldson, its amenities, and the local community.
• Provide valet service and support guest needs throughout the shift.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, reconcile daily transactions, and process end-of-day reports in Opera.
• Monitor reservations, online bookings, emails, and guest communications.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and security of the property, including routine property walkthroughs.
• Assist with laundry and communicate maintenance issues as needed.
• Complete assigned checklists and operational duties accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.
