Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports.
Help ensure the safety and security of the resort during the night shift.
Assist with reservations and room assignments.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with ease.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
