Night Auditor

Core Responsibilities:• Audit inventory worksheets.• Verify signatures, item totals and amounts on the inventory worksheets.• Ensure all back up documentation is included for receiving and transfers and sales exceptions.• Prepare over/short reports.• Retrieve information from stand sheet packets for data entry.• Maintain reports and prints required reports.• Retrieve and tally all stand worksheets, cashier reconciliation sheets.• Physically count inventory product in locations and tie back to inventory worksheets.• Must Role Model Company guest service program.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:• High School diploma or equivalent required.• Data entry experience preferred.• Computer proficiency required.• Inventory management experience preferred.• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.• Ability to work late night and/or midnight shift.• Effective communication skills – ability to understand and follow direction.• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.• Basic math skills.• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to follow job procedures and any manager’s instructions.• Data entry.• Counting product.• 50% sitting and 50% walking.• Weekends, Holidays and swing shift work may be required.
