About the Role:Night Auditor
As our Night Auditor, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure all daily financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours while providing exceptional customer service.
- Reconcile room revenue, payments, cash transactions, and credit card settlements.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports for hotel management.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls, make reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Monitor hotel security by conducting routine property walks and ensuring guest safety during overnight hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and security teams to address overnight operational needs.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle cash, maintain accurate records, and balance the front desk cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist with early morning departures and prepare the front office for the day shift.

- Experience with hotel property management systems, Opera preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
