We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- PERFORM VALET DUTIES AS NEEDED
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required
