The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing all guest and house accounts to ensure accuracy and balance. This role also prepares final reports for management and serves as a third-shift Front Desk Associate, delivering professional and courteous guest service.
What You’ll Do
Audit daily guest accounts and ensure everything balances by morning
Prepare reports and close out the day for management
Welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide top-notch service
Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with guest needs
Set up breakfast area if needed and keep the lobby clean and guest-ready
Act as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t onsite

Strong attention to detail and basic math/computer skills
Ability to multitask and work independently overnight
Customer service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!

Total Rewards
This position offers an estimated compensation of at least $16 per hour. The role features a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Benefits include Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time (MN ESST) and 401(k) opportunities upon meeting eligibility criteria.
