About the Role:
Jai Ambe II LLC, Staybridge Suites in Summerville, SC is looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team! This is a great opportunity to take ownership of overnight operations and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-day financial reports
• Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property overnight
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management software
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting/math skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
