We take pride in our new fine dining restaurant and bar, Atlas New World Bistro, our cozy Lobby Lounge with a fireplace, and our 4,000 sq. ft. of flexible banquet & meeting space. Additionally, we are home to Roslyn's Cellar, a supper club that hosts a variety of exciting events.

Job Overview:

• Handle night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
• Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Prior experience in night audit, front desk, or customer service roles preferred
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
